Shopping Actions policies

The following Google policies need to be considered to ensure vendor suitability for approval to participate in Google Shopping Actions
  • Your default return policy can be configured in the merchant center > Shopping Actions and needs to accommodate
    • Provide a minimum 30-day return policy for all items, starting from their delivery date.
    • Allow an extra 20 days from the end of return eligibility for the return to arrive at your facility.
    • Process the refund within 2 business days of the return arriving at your facility.
  • Restocking fees are not allowed and therefore cannot be specified. Any products requiring restocking fees should be excluded from the feed.
  • To ensure your return-eligible items can be returned without any special packaging requirements, they should not exceed the following dimensions:
    • Maximum weight: 150 lbs.
    • Maximum length: 108"
    • Maximum girth: 165"
  • Products with handling times longer 4 days should be excluded from the feed.
  • Orders that aren't shipped within the stipulated handling time may be canceled automatically by Google to ensure a good user experience.
Products listed in the restricted categories or product type
lists,
